Ultra Music Festival promised a big announcement today and they revealed earlier this morning that they’ll be taking a history lesson from Coachella and expanding the festival to two consecutive weekends in March.
Ultra Music Festival 2013 will take place March 15-17 and March 22-24. It hasn’t been made clear whether the lineup will be identical both weekends.
This news makes the annual event in Miami’s Bayfront Park the first ever electronic music festival to take place over two weekends.
Tickets go on sale this Wednesday, Oct. 17.
