Disco Donnie Presents, in partnership with See Texas Eclipse, today announced plans for a festival coinciding with the rare total solar eclipse next April.
“Texas Eclipse” is planned for April 6-8, 2024 at Reveille Peak Ranch in Burnet, Tex., located an hour outside Austin and two hours from downtown San Antonio. The solar eclipse itself will take place on April 8, with more than 4 minutes and 20 seconds of totality.
The 1,200-acre venue features 200 acres of camping grounds, 50 miles of trails, lakes and creeks, wooded forests, and rolling hills.
Texas Eclipse will feature a multi-genre music lineup, interactive art installations, space and technology exhibits, local food and craft vendors, onsite camping, and more.
“Growing up in Central Texas, it’s been a dream of mine to help create an event that celebrates a once-in-a-life experience and brings people from around the world to enjoy the best of music, art and culture,” said Mitch Morales, Texas Eclipse’s founder.
“The venue is unique and spectacular and I don’t think there’s a better place to observe the 2024 eclipse. I’ve admired the team at Disco Donnie Presents (DDP) for a long time and am thrilled to be working with them to bring this dream to reality.”
