Dirtybird present the second installment of Birdhouse Festival in Chicago on Sept. 7, 2019.
Last year was a huge sold out success, culminating with a surprise appearance from Derrick Carter going B2B with Claude VonStroke at the finale. So who knows what can happen this year!
Featuring an all new grassy location right on the shores of Lake Michigan, the festival will continue to combine classic Dirtybird vibes and old school street fair games and activities.
Birdhouse will take place outdoors in the late summer sunshine, just before the fall temperatures drop and everyone gets ready for winter jackets.
The festival features solo performances and incredible B2B Dj sets (some honoring Chicago’s amazing artists). The music goes hand in hand with cotton candy, corn dogs and signed Dirtybird prizes. Local Chicago dance crews will get a chance to strut their stuff on stage during the sets, adding to the show.
