BUKU Music + Art Project organizers today revealed the initial musical lineup for the fifth annual event, set for March 11 and 12, 2016 in New Orleans.
Held at the iconic Mardi Gras World venue, the two-day festival will include performances by Pretty Lights, Kid Cudi, Churches, Future, Above & beyond, Miike Snow, Nero, Fetty Wap, Griz, Crystal Castles, A$AP Ferg, Baauer, Yellow Claw, Tchami, Earl Sweatshirt, Feed Me, What So Not, AlunaGeorge, Art Department, and many more (see full lineup poster below).
Tickets go on sale at 11 a.m. CST on Thurs., Dec. 3, priced at $189.50 for a two-day GA pass. A variety of VIP options are also available.
The uniqueness of the festival’s venue — located in the heart of the Warehouse District and just minutes away from the famous Bourbon Street — is reason enough to attend. An abandoned post-modern power plant serves as the backdrop for the main stage, while the EDM-focused Flat Den stage is housed inside the storage facility for many of the city’s Mardi Gras parade floats.
BUKU is produced by Winter Circle Productions (Goldenvoice/AEG Live) and HUKA Entertainment.
