Kraftwerk to headline Detroit’s 2016 Movement Electronic Music Festival

Organizers for Movement Electronic Music Festival today revealed the first round of artists set to perform at this year’s 10th annual Memorial Day weekend event, set for May 28-30 at Detroit’s Hart Plaza.

Kraftwerk tops the list, making their first-ever appearance at Movement featuring the group’s acclaimed 3-D experience.

Other artists in the phase one lineup announcement include Adam Beyer, Art Department, Boys Noize, Caribou, Carl Craig, Chris Liebing, Dubfire, Get Real, Guy Gerber, J.Phlip, John Digweed, Kevin Saunderson, Loco Dice, Maceo Plex, Nina Kraviz, Richie Hawtin, Seth Troxler, Stacey Pullen, Tale of Us, and more (see full lineup graphic below).

Movement 2016 tickets are on sale now, starting at $135 for a three-day weekend general admission pass. VIP passes start at $300.
