Identity Festival organizers tonight announced via Facebook that the traveling festival will return this summer and will tour through 15 cities. No word yet on which cities or what dates, but their website splash page says the formal announcement is 19 days away…on or around April 23.
Last year this tour had a killer lineup including Kaskade, Prety Lights, Rusko, Avicii, Steve Aoki, Skrillex, Chuckie, Markus Schulz, Afrojack, The Crystal Method, Nero, Datsik, Nervo, Pete Tong, and countless others.
Identity Festival stopped in over 20 cities including EMW cities Noblesville, IN; Clarkston, MI; The Woodlands, TX; and Dallas, TX. All shows took place in August and September 2011. Ticket prices varied, with some as low as $20.
Last year early bird tickets went on sale on May 20 with full event details announced on May 17. Based on their homepage teaser, perhaps that will happen even earlier this year.
